The Basics

PNRPassenger Name Record - the classic 6-character booking code. Legacy identifier.
OrderModern concept: everything a passenger bought in one transaction (seats, bags, meals).
Record LocatorSame as PNR - the booking confirmation code given to passengers.
ItineraryThe complete journey (all flights, connections, dates, times).
SegmentOne flight leg (e.g., CCS→MIA is one segment).
CouponEach segment on a ticket has a coupon with a status (Open, Used, Void, etc.).
